I had a really great stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, as it is situated in a bustling shopping center. It was so convenient to have shops and entertainment options right at my doorstep. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and had a lovely view overlooking the shopping center. this hotel offers great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel was close to many activities to enjoy during the Christmas season. the free parking offered was secure and provided direct lift access to the hotel. the big rooms were well, equipped, tidy and clean.

Not everything during the stay was positive. the reception was hard to locate and no hotel staff was available, which made me feel uneasy.
